Is indicated at the top of your site
Just saying Fav,carries no might.
You can see if your friend is just blowing smoke.
Making you feel great.

I have read this before, and I noticed I didn't leave you a message. I do notice they do help like Andrea mention. She has over 130 + fave's for her poem "Cinder Girl" making it 1st out of 100. to my 8 fav. for my "The Voices Echo in Emptiness", leaving me 94. Bless you my friend

Fascinating Eve. If you like your poem that comes first)) godloves you using your talent. For many, but not for me. Each poem must be like some Philly in the Kentucky Derby. No real trophy, no cash....other sites pay for winners. I life getting Favs but I do not measure my poetic worth next to any Poet....nor do I have a shelf of invisible trophies to brag on.imagine me inviting you to my house. There would be a huge empty shelf, I would brag about each? I think that is funny. Others should enter. Just. Not me...Pangie 3/29

Actually it may carry a tiny bit of weight if Soup is using number of Faves on a poem to determine "best new poems" I have noticed that when my poems are high on that list, they seem to be the poems getting more faves than others. The problem is when people just say Fave but do not really give you one. To me, it signifies to my friends that I think there poem is above par and I try not to give out Faves too freely. They should be "special" that is for sure!!!

I remember teachers in schools that would prefer death to giving an A or a B! And the kids deserved them. I would gladly say I loved a poem. In my case, in the beginning I was unaware of the FAV BOX ON TOP OF THE SITE.. there is clearly not enough love in this world. People must meet our standards or else! Not everyone here has been writing since they were 16! I do like some of the newest writers. And Iwould FAV all that touch my heart. Absolutely. Pangit
