A Town So Small

I grew up in a town so small If you leave your purse in a grocery cart, Someone will bring it to you at work. I grew up in a town so small, If you leave your bike out in the rain, All of the neighbors will scold you. I grew up in a town so small When someone dies, people ask “Where’s Ted?” If Ted doesn’t show up at a funeral.

This describes about every small town I've ever lived; a combination. People want to be kind.

Thank you, Vijay. I did not appreciate it when I lived there, but I do now!
