A Town So Small
I grew up in a town so small
If you leave your purse in a grocery cart,
Someone will bring it to you at work.
I grew up in a town so small,
If you leave your bike out in the rain,
All of the neighbors will scold you.
I grew up in a town so small
When someone dies, people ask “Where’s Ted?”
If Ted doesn’t show up at a funeral.
