A Touch of Your Hand
will you take my hand
lead me
not into your bedroom
but into your heart
a fire burns inside
a desire for only you
a desire for your love
as much as i would
love for you to take me
into a world of passion
i am a patient man
and the aching inside
my soul for your love
is stronger than my
want for your body
i long to touch you
but only with fingers
of love
a love that sends waves
of tenderness into
the very depths of you
and sends ripples of
excitement back into me
for your heart
will you take my hand
lead me to you
lead me into a true love
that lust could never conquer
passion could never quench
a heart that could never betray
could you do that with
a touch of your hand
