The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

A Toast To Tomorrow

While America is undecisive
and Trump wants a victory,
Thanksgiving is moving in
without noises and thrills!

A more distant approach,
not as warm as years passed;
no hugs, no kisses, only glances...
how tempting is the roasted turkey!

Our faith has become much weaker and unsound,
can we trust governments more than we trust God Himself?
No, God is the only hope for Humankind, today show
your thankfulness despite the insidious strife and uncertainty!

While we keep six feet apart,
don't let our distance deprive you of closeness...
of the warmth that has always sparkled inside;
let's remain human and move on!

Our living is a frantic parade of daytime scary ghosts;
this is not the usual Venice masquerade of mystery,
rather something we must do to survive, then have
another blessed thanksgiving dinner and toast to tomorrow!
