A Time, a Moment, a Night

Many nights simply just going away
With without I’m to be taken along
Forever no more belongs a tomorrow’s yesterday
A memory if to anyone, I did belong?

Writing for a reason becomes but reasons no more
Did I write for myself or for another to feel?
My age stands a time with so much life to endure
Yet one isn’t to ignore when it comes for life to deal

How many more nights is there left?
If with you, is this the many nights to see?
Were there many nights for gods to theft
When in myself I see a devil lies me

If you were there… are you?
Only to be there you can only belong within
Times and moments to each if only we knew
Perhaps this be reasons why there are dreams

With many nights simply fading away
A time if only whence to feel belong
Simply for tomorrow is simply never a yesterday
And perhaps… always I’m taken along
