A Thirsty Soul

Like a thirsty soul,
waiting for a single drop of water,
like a patched land,
waiting for the first shower from above,
so is my soul lifted up in earnest anticipation.
Yes, I see a ray of light behind the cloud.
I see the dim light forming a shape.
I just wish, yes, I wish,
that this becomes a full moon

I love how you ended this one, wishing for a full moon, the fullness of your dreams.

The moon indeed is a mysterious planet that perhaps give life as much as the sun . Moon and sun should ballance life.
