A Tattoo of Me

I love it when your waiting My Dad at the school gate Telling me to hurry up We don't want to be late For what I never really knew But it was always fun Holding on to Daddy's hand And down the street we'd run How was your day You'd say to me Tell me what you learnt Guy Fawkes invented fireworks And London once got burnt That's right my love You'd laugh and smile Across the road we'd dart A proud smile across my face A warm glow in my heart Now I live far far away You can't get me from school Home time is fun no more And Mummy's just aren't cool So Daddy I've been thinking And I've have got a plan A tattoo of me I'll give to you To keep upon your hand
