A Tale of Strength and Beauty

Few men, brave and mighty
Were judged in time by history
Like a tale of strength and beauty
Entwined in twists of mystery

I've known him and I believed
His fate was meant to be conceived
While the furious hearts were deceived
By the forged cry of the false bereaved

His mighty crown faded away
His tale was tinged with black and gray
The pages of hallowed history
Was wrapped in threads sharp and shady

Her charming beauty waited its shine
To show the tales of truth divine
The glorious beauty, still fair and fine
Was aging like a finest wine

For where the truth was at her side
The scourge of time would then abide
The gorgeous charming bride
Through many years survived

The seeds of his wisdom were sown
Till time and time and time have flown
The finest seed came to be known
To climb his rightful throne
