A Tale

She said to him You hurt me You left me All alone Seconds rolling into minutes Minutes into hours Hours, days Days fathered weeks And weeks became months! Yet I heard not From you! Oh! How my heart Burns for you! But he had to go Life itself isn't stagnant. Is it? Rude was the storm Cruel was the journey Thorns he had for pillows Lime he had for food! But his heart Never left her side! The distance kills him Time and again He wanted to leave But nay... ... The cash is needed! Thus he had to wait.... Finally he is back! To where is heart is... What a reunion of hearts! She had suffered She was pale He had pined for her He was a teacher's cane. ... But when he sighted her He became full and filled No food could do the work Only her sight Could work the magic! They were joined Never to be separated ...Parted Again.... ... For ever?
