A Surprise

You surprised me
Knocked me right off 
My feet 

My lesson my test
Your fast 
But I'm so much

Faster a twist of 
Words
I made your thoughts

Burn for I'm a 
Lesson to learn
A test raining upon

Your soul 
I placed tears
In your eyes

I'm feeling so cold
I made you feel so 
Low .

Forgive me not
For I must walk 
My road.

A hunger beneath
The world
A walk through your sleep 

A soft knocking
On your door.
Invisible footsteps

Upon your floor
Do you dare ask
For more
