Enjoyed your inner monologue. As long as you don't borrow someone's mask it should be a great day. :)

If I have time I'll focus, it seems the days turn into strings of sausages, one follows the other and we try to keep up and do our best, and hope tomorrow will bring better news about countries at war with each other. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Welcome to the 'sausage factory,' I guess. I am so lucky and blessed that all my days are meaningful. ~ Tuning out the Noise, gw

I sometimes consider my religion to be ‘The church of the decent bloke (oops... person)’ in which ‘fear of God’ plays no part and everyone does the right thing just because it’s the right thing. Your words pretty much sum up my own views... but you phrased them a lot better than I. Nicely put, Gershon. Terry

Very kind words you've written about this poem, Terry. Thank you very much. And I like that phrase, 'The church of the decent bloke!' We could use a few of those these days. Happiness and Joy, Gershon

Absolutely. How often we look beyond ourselves for happiness when happiness lies within. Love that second stanza particularly.

Thanks for the spot-on observation, Milt. Hard to see something when it's right in front of us... :) gw

We deny ourselves joy when we fail to see or hear the beauty surrounding us, Gershon. Great advice in the second stanza. Enjoyed, my friend. Hope you are doing well and enjoying a nice spring. Hugs, Carolyn
