A Students Loathing of Depression

I hate the way you come in
I hate the way you take over my life
The way you walk through my doors uninvited
                        You have taken everything important
I hate the way you come in

                               You make me lose people
I thought id never lose before
You make me feel like someones
Ripping me from the inside out
You have done nothing good for me

You chase me like a shark chases a fish
You make me wanna crawl and hide from everything
Somedays you make me wanna dig my own grave
I’m scared you won’t ever leave my side
You go into others lives unwanted

You take loved ones to the end
You make people disappear from the earth
With just a snap of a finger
                                Your the unwanted
                                 Your the devil
