This is a lovely first poem's topic. Was it for your own marriage or another's. I did not first recognize myself as a poet until I was mid-40's! Congrats, eve.

Congratulations on your win. Few words with much said. So true, you need love. Many times for "Love" to look the other way. Enjoy your win and day writing away. Hugs...................

For sure my good friend. I was married before for 5 years and divorced for 13 and then I met the love of my life with whom I was going out when we were in out early twenties. On the 10th December it will be 20 years we are married and I am the happiest wife in the world. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer. This Monoku is a fav for me.
