Notes About The Poem

A Stroke of Stork

half in, half out ,frog held between her beak,
wily old stork ate frogs like they were steak!
he fought back hard, slimy fellow,
he changed colour green to yellow,
She spat him out, yuk! yuk!! said “what a cheek!!”

Stork had that frog wrong // It was a chameleon! lol. Good one, Krish. Now I know what storks do when they're not delivering babies. :) gw

Ha, ha Gershon!! Frogs can camouflage to an extent and yellow in nature is indicative of a toxic species! This is a limerick frog! he can apply a choke too!
