A Strange Coincidence or Not

While they were living
in the same country,
in the same city,
in the same neighbourhood,
even in the same block,
but in their own flats
next to each other,

they never had anything in common
except for the graveyard
they were buried;

What a strange coincidence, 
I thought, it was indeed;
