A Stolen Kiss

Before we parted We stood In the hallway, Wordless. I lift your chin, You smile. I hold your face Gently. And steal a kiss From you. Our lips gently Pressed. Our breaths shallow, Eyes closed. Neither of us Moving. Only our lips Matter. Then I must leave. Only so I may come back; And return The kiss I stole.
