A StAtE Of MiNd

         

 How you think and feel l find
Is normaly always though akin
Thoughts and feelings entwined
Quite often makes my head spin

What has become a daliy grind
A battle with myself l can't win
Thinking that is clearly outlined
Either that or a much thicker skin

But though feeling more refined
One askes where do l now begin
When changing your state of mind
And how you always feel within


 Written originaly 2004 rewritten for 2020...
