A Star

Even through this aching

My joy shines on through

Called me a star in a blighted sky

He called me a star, a star

My aching, though small, fades away

Hey J. you have Free Verse here or you may call it just Verse..Blank verse has meter as well as not having end rhyme and I'm so glad the aching has faded! Light & Love
