A Special Gift

It's amazing how I feel when I'm around you
How my heart beats when you walk into a room
I'm always thinking about how lucky I am just be in your world
And how just the words you speak makes my whole life bloom

I knew when we first met that you had to be mine
Not as a possesion but as a goal
To love you with all that I have
To make the other half of each other whole

We came together in a fairly strange way
And "love at first sight" was found
The key to my heart is what you have
Hope for a future is all around

Be gentle, for what you're holding is my heart
You have my honesty and my pride
My faith and loyalty is yours
And from you the truth I will never hide

When I think of you my feelings twist inside
And all I can say is you're the sun in my sky
All that I've asked for is all that you are
You have become my natural high

So with that there is but one more thing to be said
I love you more with every thing that you do
With every look, word, and touch
I never want to loose such a gift as special as you!
