A Speaking Mountain
Created
by the Supreme
Lord to please ardent
observing eyes, with shrubs
and trees along my flank, I stand still
staring at the sky. He who dares to wish
my peak to reach, let him beware of sturdy thorns,
let him heed nature`s rule not to breach, let him overcome
my steep slopes. He who is lit by the flame of divine faith can
reach my peak and with joy victory proclaim over the stiff maze of hurdles.
He whose Faith can
supple soul sprightly restore life to a
sparkles with faith in the corpse, heal a severe
Almighty can, with his wings deaf or a blind, give speech
fly to the sky in a divine lee to settle. to a wild horse or an ox and guide
mankind their rightful path in life to find.
Let me
bow to him
with true faith in
the Lord as he can order
me, with the might of the Almighty,**
to quit my seat for eternity and I would
have willingly or unwillingly but to comply.
