A Sparkling Star

When I feel I need to sparkle
I send a question into space
There is a star with my name on it
An answer to my prayer.

She writes my name with sparkle dust
And cloaks me with her light
C A R O L radiating from five points now
Sparkling like a shard of glass on a dark night.

She touches me with her twinkling sight
My eyes reflecting like diamonds with her stare
I am a star, a soul that sets in darkness 
Travelling miles and rises with the light.
