I kissed your lips before I knew your pain Your eyes still shine the brightest blue to me If time reversed I would kiss you again My love, we have the whole wide world to see Your troubles and your fears deter me not I'd walk through flames to hold your hand in mine Your persevering heart is not for naught That heart that stole my own for all of time My skin will never cease to miss your touch No matter any trials, we'll prevail You know I'll always love you just as much In spite of what the future may entail I promise I am with you, low or high I'll be your wings until the day I die
