A Sommelier of Chance Days
Listen to poem:
A Sommelier of Chance Days
David J Walker
A revolt of forceful change
One is left and the other blue
High Mountain deserts
Dying for rain
Tears falling for one you knew
The King is dead
And the Pope makes two
Who shall we say is real
Who shall we tribute in
Taxes and twine
Who is the Sommelier
Of Yesterday’s wine
