A Snow Globe
A Snow Globe
To marvel at a Snow Globe,
So beautiful they are.
Shake it up, set it down,
Falling snow, world afar.
Where do I stand?
Beyond Kinkade glass.
Dreaming forever love,
Watching snowfall pass.
Which life is real?
This idea I hold.
My staring revealing,
A secret untold.
Lined up on shelves,
Worlds we want to mirror.
Precious dreams we’ve carried,
So delicately clear.
Snow falls, all the little pieces,
Different life’s we can feel.
Winter’s kissed, sunshine towns,
We wish were for real.
