A Snazzy Day
one snazzy day you walked by my way
I stopped for your number but couldn't stay
the sun touched your hair like angel wings
your halo from above, a gift you bring
to both of us cause your hearts so pure
our love will never die, for that I'm sure
your halo imparts gifts of tenderness and love
like white sunshine, you come from above
so, this poem I give with words to impart
my heart belongs to you and will never depart
your soft kindness and radiant love
I see you wholly and more with eyes of doves
never forget my words, hear my words
you are my comfort and company, my sword!
