A SMOOTH SAILING CONNECTION
In the beginning, you placed an ad
I responded, which wasn't bad
The first few minutes we made a connection
Which displayed, honesty, kindness and affection
You're the type of lady I want to know
Things we have in common, I can show
You're so calm, at ease and understanding
These qualities don't equal demanding
Just a few thoughts I acquired
Talking to you, leaves nothing to be desired
Imagine us being together
Sharing life, as though it were a feather
This is the beginning, never to be finished
There's no ending to be diminished
Love, respect, trust and dedication
Makes for a smooth sailing connection
