A Smile Is Worth It 

We all get a glimpse of a holiday away from family & friends
 A lot of times we just want to hold it in & count to the number ten
 The rainbow in the sky brings about a soft reply
 The lonely child away from there mother suffers in silence
 Please spread the news of a smile cause it's worth it
 A smile is contagious so pass it on through the streets
 The chance to meet & greet a smile is such a treat
 In the midnight hour with darkened silence all around
 To the soldier who may have lost their way in the darkness of night
 A smile is worth it against all bitter strife
 It is the best medicine while it's written on are face
 Through the spoken word as if you haven't heard it's claim
 To the outcast as in a socially wandering wizard a smile will bring
 A light in the darkness to let the freedom bell ring
 While they danced on the surface of the moon a smile was seen
 Living in this darkened world of people being so very mean
 Through sullen tempers a fire let a warm smile be your living desire
 A smile from the doctor after a healthy report from your physical
 To help chase the blues away share a smile in the lone brigade
 Most are capable of sharing a smile yet to reach the end of a long mi
