no sun can rise when a lonely sky cries this road’s collecting leaves like mind collects dreams i hear the echoes of tires skimming puddles as i slide in thoughts of you unsettled in october’s rain

Some mornings are dreary and damp but eventually the sun comes out and allows us to see the beauty around us. Like this poem, definitely beauty upon this page.
