A Simple Prayer
Dear lord up there in heaven, it's me down here again.
To ask for you forgiveness, of all my wrongs and sins.
I pray you bless my family, and all my dearest friends.
Bless even my enemies Lord, and those throughout this land.
Bless the homeless and the poor, bless the children even more.
Bless the babies the injured and the ill, heal them Lord for it is your will.
For you glory and your grace, show your presence in this place.
For your power is greater than all, and so is your everlasting love.
Your peace is present all our days, so to you dear God I give you thanks and praise.
