A Silent Scream
Hush , listen quietly and you may hear
My heart my soul making a silent scream
Am I behaving irrationally
That’s me making a silent scream
Are my emotions up and down
Help me, listen it’s a silent scream
Do I tell you I have trouble sleeping
Wake up, that’s a silent scream
As my confidence gone and left
Oh please god, hear me, it’s a silent scream
Do I forget names and dates
Please concentrate ,that’s a silent scream
Know the signs and you may hear
The silent screams
