A Shred of Hope

A shred of hope.

Zeus gave her epithimis.
She was the first woman and she had a box that she could not open,
but one day she could not keep up and opened the lid.

All the world's disease was spread over the earth, illness, old age, suffering.
Pandora got scared and closed the lid, Fortunately.
Because the box was not empty, a valuable thing left in the bottom.

Hope.

That's why people, even when they are exposed to a lot of suffering,
always left a shred of hope.

Do not lose it. Not as long as you live.

Thank you for your comment, I liked this poem a good flow, yet, Faith is the key, believe that the Lord will do as He promises. Very good thought, keep the Faith and hope will come with it. God bless bob
