A Second Chance
What it must be like inside your head,
To come to a decision that you are better off dead.
To think that there's nowhere life to turn,
A peaceful life is all that you yearn.
Convinced that talking to family and friends,
Will only make matters worse in the end.
They don't need to hear your problems,
You think they've got their own.
But if only you had known.
They are there with you through thick and thin
Family since your life did begin.
They have picked you up when you have fell,
So give them the chance now and your problems do tell.
There is much more to life than just this way,
So please convince your head that you want to live another day.
