A Sad Christmas

I wanted a Corvette I haven't seen it yet I wanted a Rolex I am perplexed Another year No Rolex here I'm beginning to fume Got no trip to Cancun Everything I asked for Never made it thru my door I wanted a diamond ring But haven't seen a thing I expected a mink coat Or a speed boat Something sexy and lacey Perhaps a spending spree at Macey's No candy, sweets, wine or beer Nothing to smile about, nothing to cheer I haven't bought a gift in many a year Why should I, no present ever comes here So here I sit, in the middle of the rug Who needs Christmas, Bah Humbug!
