Entered in Skat A's Easy Poetry Contest 17.05.11 as this was penned in the middle of the night when I reached for the pen to write down some other poetic thought and this just poured out of me fully complete, in hind sight probably the night after this event took place (years ago).

Shaking she was, that cute bike courier chick, in a lift at the registry flipping a trip. I could see she was in adrenaline's grip. Nearly run over, through no fault of her own; to this sweet rookie the ropes must be shown. My sarcastic advice to the packed Otis delight: "Silly girl, the big guy IS ALWAYS in the right!"

How is it that we don't see how vulnerable we are. Your advice was on target and smart.
