I punched out the school bully when I was six. The sexual abuse started when I was seven. Now I know what he stole from me. Thank you Leanne.

Assholes abound. Bang them in jail, they then find out what it's all about. Sorry to hear you went through that too. I am in your court sister ... in fact, I'm in every sisters' court. Bullies are in the group, who were never loved and for that, one has to eventually see their sad story for what it truly is, one of rejection; it is a hard call to have compassion and forgiveness, and to feel sorry for them - they are sad f's.....but when it comes to children who are being sexually abused daily (with or without other adult's knowledge) or have been sexually abused, I draw the line. I revert back to the first two sentences here. The majority of the perpetrators reoffend and find themselves back in jail. For some though, there is hope and they are in some way, reformed. You can apply the last two sentences to bullies, in general, as well (Domestic Violence; Poetry Soup Trolls and other miscellaneous barking bullies). 3 Strikes and you are out...."Take me back to the Balls game"...
