A Real Me

If it’s another world I can picture
It will be my world only I can see
A world for my eyes… forever as clear
A world… I forever belong to have a real me

My world only, might I have to stand by?
Unknown to another world of quiet conflict
Moments we all learn to simply deny
An eventual of a little more humanity we leak

Giving up to give in
Giving a little of ourselves… time after
Was there that one dream?
For something sought for… if lesser?

My world for you to believe
My world I see of sufferings and greed
And within… alone I live
Did I not know the requirements to meet?

If to picture another world I did…
Can you picture my world for your eyes to see?
Yet seen never were for a stranger to bleed
This world… I forever belong to have a real me
