A Rage of Silence

The darkened corridor was exposed
To the elements which would unfold
The inner pain inside was captured in my cavity
Sullen brevity
Whisper your name
Crazy interludes exposed
Colors of Gothic duration
Vested smiles caught up inside
We hide behind the false hidden garb of compromise
Medicate to are hearts content
Cobwebs prone to their desolate heights
Forget the night for the day is far spent
A fever pitch sickness within
Satan laughing spreads his wings
Shattered images of days gone by
You sleep to escape the pain
Sadness in your inner membrane
Disturbed
Shackled from mental illness left to your own devices
The nervous tension is prevalent
A renegade heart out the beating alone
Support groups to help
When will this madness end
