A Question of Support

Help me get through this, Mr. Therapist,
I want to know if there's something I missed;
I'd been transported to heaven for de-briefing,
it was remarkable that they'd even let me in.

You didn't think that it existed, did you?
to your chagrin, you were forced into a queue,
you're going to enjoy this, whether you like or not,
all of a sudden, your hypocratic oath you forgot.

All the things you liked seemed to be there,
flowers with a smell, the opposite of hell, yeh,
dad and mom wearing pullovers, happy with rollovers,
holding hands and smiling, like starstruck lovers.

They said: 'We've been watching you son, our protege,
now you can explain why you came out gay.'
