A Purple Walk
A Purple Walk
I took a purple walk
Among the purple trees.
It was strange and becoming
As purple touched the leaves.
I felt purple in the air, like
A sudden kind of grace;
But nothing saw such purple
As the smile on her face.
Two years have now gone by
And I see purple everywhere.
But for some purple reason,
I felt my sister was actually there.
