A Prayer To Children

If God were to carry me away tonight
What would I have to say,
I'd say take care of my little ones
And let my wisdom guide their way.
Let them know the joys of life, and grant them
Strength for all the rest.
Let them know deeply in their heart,
How their mother was blessed.
Let knowledge come strong, and whit behind that
Charm should come natural, for I gave them that.
Watch over them Lord, and grant me this peace
To know my little angels are in your hands,
As I am rested at your feet.
