A Prayer

 My husband has been having some problems with a sore throat
He has been to his family doctor who made him an appointment with a ENT
He kept getting worse so went to a clinic here in town and was given meds twice
And he has not gotten better
Today we go to the ENT
It took over a month to see this person
Just pray with us that it is not anything serious

Dear Sara, I am so sorry to hear your husband has been struggling with this throat problem. It must be incredibly stressful and draining for both of you. Getting shuffled around to different doctors and waiting for a specialist appointment is never easy, especially when things aren't getting better. Well, Daniel, we know he has some kind of growth on his larynx. The PA that did the going down the nose to the throat said it did not look like cancer (he has never smoked or drank alcoholic beverages). We left there and went to get an emergency CTScan of his throat with dye. We go back to the doctor and will see a doctor tomorrow to see what he says and what course of treatment will work. Yes, the waiting and not knowing the total outcome of his treatment is upsetting. Thanks for the prayers and autumn blessings. Sara K
