There's a rabid coyote terrorizing Ottawa South, and all the municipalities are saying "not my department". As Charlie Brown would say... "good grief" ;), xomo!

No, I'm closer to downtown, in Vanier, an infamously rough hood relabeled "The French Quarter". I grew up here, so did my mother and grandmother through different city names, it's all Ottawa now, thus the municipal buck passing ;),
