A Ponderous Load

My chest holds a cold and heavy load
Suddenly ponderous and dense 
Once my chest was warm alive and breathing
Now I feel weighty angry words flying 
A daily rage unrequited in home and close
But I say quite honestly
Though I feel heavy and lost
My heart is still seeking a gentle peace
My life moving to transpose

maybe all this trouble with virus, should get better, we hope. Dark Chocolate is helpful and healthy!!! Take care. Been a difficult year, even nature grieving.
