A Poet's Passion
Oh to break the generic bonds-
that bind us to this mundane world-
to fly away on paths unknown
beyond mere empty words-
to stretch beyond our mortal reach
and capture unseen worlds-
and imprison them for posterity,
on paper, with pen and immortal words.
