A Poetic Rant

A Poetic Rant

We each must do our part in helping one another
To pay humble respect to your sisters & brother
Is it any wonder we have to much time on our hands
The line is being drawn in the sand when to understand
A push in the dark will light the spark of what were waiting for
Travel to place unknown a flight of fancy to another shore
To walk in the light of love from a source from above
Paint a heavenly picture in your mind for I once could see yet now am blind
Fostered by the tender news we gradually come together
Silence has etched it's ugly head sort of idle frenzy
As a caged barbaric scheme with the means of letting go
A poetic rant that long will inflate the common ego
Trust in riches and you will go soar
Trust in self it's a disaster waiting to happen
Trust in the Lord for it's the golden rule
A faithful promise that was made in the dark has just come to light
Look for a good way of escape from the reality of life
To gaze at a lover's quarel amidst the mockery of the situation
Some have embraced love fresh out of a garbage can
We get busted for certain attire that we wear in school
Through loose loop holes we live through another day to obey the rules
