lights grow fast
hard times bring
gentle verse
murmured with a smile
a devotee of courage
unafraid
to reminesce
to charm
in an innovative
form
yes
with an agony of effort
quite so
an inner change
a compulsion
ethereal
an earthbound
spirit
softened
in an
antique outline
discrepancies...yes
yet measured
to realise this dream
in beautys bloom
so delphinium blue
insubstanial in demeanour
yet oh so true
once faded
scattered
still full of style
perceptive emotions lay confused
restless melting
clearly visible on the brow
age
in a self portrait
words
from yesteryear
