A Poet
When you can sow words together and produce the finest poems
Like Armani turning a piece of clothing into a designer suit
When you put rhymes to verses and touch hearts
Like Pablo Picasso putting final touches to a piece of Art work
When you rouse emotion just by stringing the right words together
Like Beethoven or Marshall hitting the right notes on a sonata
Oh, when pour out your heart and soul with fervent passion
And spread deep thoughts just with the words you write
You keep the world in equilibrium and keep many a heart alive
Your words heal, comforts and reflect the pain of many lost souls
That is what you do, when you are a poet!
