A Poem For Antje

Happy Birthday to you, my dear sister. You were just a little dolll when you were photographed with your uncle Walter.. I have seen you grow into a beautiful young woman, Do you remember the days at our parent.s house. When your friends would come over and you would sit and have conversation, I would sit on the porch with you. The lacrosse games you used to play with friends, The martial arts classes,did you get your black belt in karate. Days at our parents house with your nephews Kirk and Erik and your sister Gwen, Graduation from Lorne Park Secondary School. The passage to Guelph University where our parents and I visited, The days at Ryerson College where you met your future husband Michael. Now married with two beautiful children Esme and Evan, and a husband Michael. A pretty house where you all live and the garden. Now your children are off to school and achieving good results, I recall visiting wth our parents Dr. Wolf and Dr. Erika. The many happy days together, I always look forward seeing you all at dinner. God blesses us with beautiful memories, Now that the children are growing up,much to look forward too. God bless you on your birthday. much love and hugs from your big sister Gwen and relatives.
