The dog slinks past me a plea in its eye bowed head upraised barely Turning toward me piteously -- Snap! its collar is yanked back by its imperious master Plea denied

awww poor dog, to me it seems afraid, cowering for approval yet debating on whether or not to attack....that snap back could have been for your protection or could explain the dogs behavior....enjoyed this one.... :) hugs

Yes, that was one was whipped dog. (I based this write on an actual dog that I saw, with its imperious master). :) gw
