A Place Where Angels Sing
My body now rests beneath autumn soil, for I am no longer here.
I know you're sad, but please believe; in spirit, I'm always near.
And although my remains are now in the earth, my soul forever lives on.
So cherish your memories and grieve for awhile, but don't let it last too long.
I transitioned home like a bird on the wing and reside in a place where angels sing.
Surrounded by love, my soul travels free, and exploring the heavens is where you'll find me.
My sweet little fur baby, Elle, left this world on Friday November 1st after bravely battling cancer for many months. She was 16 years old and was the kindest, sweetest little soul and ever so gentle. My heart is broken, and I'm finding it hard to get through each day without crying. I miss her terribly.
